Glamorama: An Epic Night. A Bold Purpose.

Published on May 21, 2026.

After more than a decade away, Glamorama returned to the Twin Cities in unforgettable fashion – transforming State Theatre in Minneapolis into a celebration of fashion and philanthropy to benefit Children’s Cancer Research Fund.

“This night was inspired by five incredible kids – Fritz, Isaac, Valerie, Anikah and Alice,” said Children’s Cancer Research Fund Chief Development Officer Kenna Dooley during the opening remarks. “These are their worlds – their imaginations – brought to life through the visionary direction of longtime Glamorama and CCRF champion Grant Whittaker."

Guests journeyed through immersive fashion experiences filled with vibrant color, rich textures, choreography, couture and nostalgic nods to Glamorama’s iconic past – all amplified by electrifying performances from house music legends CeCe Peniston, Crystal Waters and Robin S.

“Only through bold support can we change what’s possible for kids and families facing cancer,” said CCRF CEO Elizabeth Allen. “Glamorama is more than one night of giving. It brings people into our mission, sparks meaningful connections, and builds lasting momentum for childhood cancer research.”

Segment and event sponsors included 50th and France, Grethen House and Fashion Avenue, Kowalski’s, Landscape Structures, Martha Dayton Design, MartinPatrick 3, Opitz, Odele, and Park Chrysler Jeep. Specials thanks to the many partners, designers, volunteers, crew members, talent, performers and attendees for showing up in style to bring Glamorama back in such a meaningful way.
