- Specific Bequest: “I give, bequeath or devise to Children’s Cancer Research Fund, a Minnesota nonprofit organization, Tax ID # 41-1893645 (sum, percentage or estate, or property) to be used for its charitable purposes.”
- Residuary Bequest: “I give, bequeath, or devise (all, or state fraction or percentage) of the rest, residue, or remainder of the estate, both real and personal, to Children’s Cancer Research Fund, a Minnesota nonprofit organization; Tax ID # 41-1893645, to be used for its charitable purposes.”
- Contingent Bequest: “In the event _______________ predeceases me, or dies within 90 days from the date of my death or as the result of a common disaster, I then give, bequeath, or devise (sum, percentage of estate, or property) to Children’s Cancer Research Fund, a Minnesota nonprofit organization; Tax ID # 41-1893645, to be used for its charitable purposes.”
